Filkar utilizes a strategic design approach in all design activities, from concept to physical model, in its products and vehicle control systems. Our unique design solutions and the aesthetic qualities of our designs are shaped by considering the latest material, technology, and design trends, as well as marketing and after-sales activities, and data obtained directly from users. Furthermore, the suitability of the designs is evaluated at every stage of the process based on this continuously expanding data. Filkar focuses on testing and validation, which are among the most critical stages of the product development process. It is vital to ensure that a product (whether software, hardware, or a hybrid system) performs as expected, is reliable, and meets user needs before it is launched to the market. With this sense of responsibility, Filkar has established the necessary infrastructure in its test laboratories to conduct environmental climate conditioning tests, structural integrity tests, endurance (lifecycle) tests, and corrosion tests, while systematically guaranteeing the planning and execution of these tests through its quality management system.
Filkar defines validation as the process of determining whether a product is the 'right product' and whether it meets user requirements. In a general sense, while the testing process focuses on whether the product functions correctly, the validation process focuses on whether the product serves the right purpose. With this approach, Filkar ensures the acceptance of the product by end-users and its market success. Our validation process includes:
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Testing the product by end-users based on real-world scenarios.
Field Tests: Testing the product in its actual operating environment.
Certification and Compliance Tests: Verifying that the product conforms to industry standards and legal regulations.
