CASTING PROCESS
As We are FILKAR INC. Parts from 50 gr to 1265 gr are poured by injection molding method by aiming to keep our quality policy and customer satisfaction at the highest level. In this context, we have one 200 tons, one 300 tons and one 400 tons injection casting machines and 4 casting ovens in our casting line with 16 tons / month casting capacity. Raw materials used in spilled material consist of Eti Al groups and Zamak series.We aim to keep our product quality high and give better service to our customers by controlling all processes in full time and periodically.
